The products include but are not limited to Dies, Stamps, Papers, Foils and Adhesives. These items are intended for personal use. However, you are permitted to use the above mentioned items for limited commercial purposes.
We do require that your endeavor be limited and local in nature, handmade by the artist or crafter. Please do not mass-produce, allow production by hired workers or produce your work in assembly line fashion. You are permitted to sell your artwork and craft projects at seasonal fairs and events, community fundraisers, festivals and craft events. Simply Defined and Simply Refined dies and stamp designs are copyrighted and may not be copied without permission.
In addition, you may not use Die or Stamp Images for the purpose of creating logos or company trademarks.
Persons creating hand-made crafts or artwork for sale are responsible for complying with any state and local business and tax regulations.
Persons participating in this angel policy assume all liability for suitability of their work and agree to indemnify Scrapbooking Made Simple, its owners, employees, affiliates and licensors, and assigns from disputes arising from their work.
Scrapbooking Made Simple is a California company. The laws of the State of California govern the policy. The state and federal courts for Los Angeles, California, will have exclusive jurisdiction over any proceeding arising from this policy. Any failure by Scrapbooking Made Simple to enforce any of its rights will not constitute a waiver of such rights.
