Payment Options
- You may pay for your order using PayPal, credit/debit card, or checking account.
- If you select “Pay Later,” you will receive a PayPal invoice via email. Payment is due within 3 days of receiving the invoice, or your order may be canceled.
- If you choose “Pay Now,” your order will be processed in the order received.
Order Processing & Shipping
- Our standard goal is to ship non-sale orders within 14 to 30 days.
- During major sales such as our Warehouse Sale, shipping times may be extended beyond 30 days.
- Orders ship from California via USPS. For shipping inquiries, please contact us before placing your order.
Shipping Rates
- US Domestic: Orders up to $50 incur an $8.95 shipping charge. Orders over $50 ship free, except for Die Cutting Machines, Foiling Machines, and Simply Defined Tape, which may have additional charges based on size and weight.
- We do not ship Die Cutting or Foiling Machines outside the US, to PO Boxes, or to Puerto Rico.
- International: Most orders ship via USPS Flat Rate. Rates vary by destination and package size. Shipping charges may be adjusted to reflect actual costs, and refunds will be issued for any overpayment. If shipping costs exceed the amount charged, you may be contacted to pay the difference or cancel your order.
- Scrapbooking Made Simple is not responsible for customs, VAT, or other import duties.
Returns & Exchanges
- Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order for a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Refunds are issued for returned items in original, unopened packaging, less shipping costs, unless the item is defective or the error is ours.
- All returns must include the original invoice or packing slip.
Product Availability
- We strive to keep products in stock, but inventory may not always be updated in real time. If an item is discontinued or out of stock, you will receive a refund or the item will be shipped when available.
