For your shopping convenience, Scrapbooking Made Simple allows you three options of paying for your order.
If you have selected the “Pay Later” option for payment on your order, you have not been charged yet! You will be sent a Scrapbooking Made Simple invoice directly from PayPal to the email address on file. This invoice may take several days to be sent to you requesting payment. If payment is not made within 3 days of the invoice being sent, your order may be cancelled. Once you receive your invoice, that is sent directly from PayPal, you are welcome to use your PayPal account or any other credit card, debit card or checking account to pay this invoice.
If you have chosen to Pay NOW for your order, thank you so much and your will be filled by our warehouse in the order that it was received.
It is our goal to have all non-sale orders shipped within 30 days. We are currently experiencing a large volume of orders along with being short staffed and supply chain issues, it is likely that your order will take longer than the 30 days. We thank you in advance for your understanding.
We do have several sales per year where the 30 day shipping time frame does not apply. They are: National Scrapbooking Day, The Shop That Did Not Hop Sale, the Sizzix Warehouse Sale, SMS Anniversary Sale, Black Friday-Saturday Sale, Spellbinders Warehouse Sale and all Flash Sales.
We ship from California via USPS only. If you have a question about shipping time, please contact us prior to placing your order and we will be happy to answer all of your questions. If you make your purchase, we are assuming that you agree to our shipping time frame. Scrapbooking Made Simple reserves the right to ship your order at the safest and cheapest rate possible.

Please make sure that your order number is written clearly on your check. All orders are processed when payment is received. If you are paying by check or e-check your order may be delayed for up to one week to allow for the funds to completely clear. Returned checks are subject to a minimum fee of $25.00. Any refunds due for orders that are paid by check will be via a store credit to your online account.

Shipping and handling charges are based on the merchandise total (excluding Gift Certificates) according to the following:

Our FREE SHIPPING POLICY may not available during the following sales. Please see the terms and conditions of each sale prior to placing your order: National Scrapbooking Day, Shop That Did Not Hop Event, Sizzix Warehouse Sale, Anniversary Sale, Black Friday – Saturday Event and the Spellbinders Warehouse Sale.
All order over $50.00 ship FREE in the US with the exception of all Die Cutting Machines, Foiling Machines and 5" and 6" Simply Defined Tape. Please see of each these items for the shipping rate as each product may have a different shipping charge based on weight and size.
We do not ship any Die Cutting or Foiling Machines to customers outside of the US due to the high cost of shipping. We also do not ship Machines to PO Boxes or Puerto Rico being that the machines are shipped via FedEx.
International Rates
We generally ship International Orders via USPS Flat Rate Envelopes. We will fit as much as possible but it may be necessary to ship your items in a box. If this is the case, shipping is determined by weight and size of the package and can range from $34.95 on up. We can use a flat rate box as well. The advantage of the flat rate box is that we can ship many more items as the price is not based on weight. If you are looking to purchase many Sizzix dies (excluding the XL Cutting Plates) this is a great option for you.
International orders will ship complete. This means that it may take longer to ship than the 30 days if a product is out of stock and back ordered by a manufacturer. We have no control over products back ordered by a manufacturer however, we will ship just as soon as the product arrives.
Please note, if at all possible, your shipping rate WILL BE ADJUSTED to a lower rate and you will be refunded the difference prior to your order being shipped. The current International Shipping rates calculated by our software are incorrect and most often higher than the actual rate you will be charged. Your invoice will NOT reflect the lower rate however, you will receive an email confirming a refund to yur account if the rate can be lowered.
In addition, the International Shipping Rate charged may not cover the cost of shipping the items to you. Scrapbooking Made Simple reserves the right to contact you should the shipping charged not be enough to cover the cost of the shipping charged to us by USPS. At this time, you will have the option of paying the additional shipping fees or cancelling your order. We have done our very best to insure that the rates charged will cover all costs but we appreciate your understanding if your order is the exception.
Scrapbooking Made Simple is not responsible for Customs, Value Added Tax, or any duty or tax added once the package arrives to your country. We will not put any other value on your package other than the actual value of the merchandise.

In an effort to insure your package reaches you, we do ship with delivery confirmation numbers for USPS.

CHANGES TO ORDERS
As much as we would like to, we are unable to make any changes to orders after they have been submitted by you. We ask that you please review your order prior to submitting it to insure that the order is exactly what you are wanting to purchase. Again, we are sorry that we are unable to make these changes for you but our current systems do not allow for this.
Product Availability
We do our very best to have all products in stock, everyday. We do, however, also own a full retail store and “Real Time” inventory is not possible. On occasion, we will sell out of a product that is still on our site. We try to remove the item as soon as we are aware that we are sold out. Also, manufactures discontinue products everyday. Again, we try to remove items that have been discontinued as soon as we are notified that we can no longer obtain the item.
Should you purchase an item that is has been discontinued by the manufacturer, we apologize in advance and you will receive a refund for this item. If the item is sold out and is now on back order, we will either ship this item, at no additional charge to you, once we receive it back in stock or issue a refund to you. This is at the sole discretion of Scrapbooking Made Simple. Shipping for a back ordered item can take 1-4 weeks. If the item is also back ordered from the manufacturer, shipping can take up to 3 months. We are not responsible should a manufacturer be back ordered on your item.
Returns and Exchanges
We want you to LOVE your new goodies. If, for any reason, you are unhappy, please contact us for an RA number within 30 days of receipt of your package. You will be given a full refund, less shipping, unless the mistake is ours or the item is defective.
If you are returning the item for any other reason, the item will need to be in its unopened, original packaging. We will instruct you on how to return your item once we email you your RA number. All returns must include a copy of the original invoice or packing slip. Products must be in new, unused, resellable condition with original packaging.
Privacy Policy
Scrapbooking Made Simple Inc. respects the privacy of its customers' personal information and will not, under any circumstances, exchange, sell or otherwise spread the use of any information collected on the website, by telephone or by mail. All information collected will be kept confidential and used only to serve customers or as required by law.
