We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Shipping Policy
- We ship worldwide via USPS. Some products may have shipping restrictions. We do not offer UPS or FedEx shipping options.
- Shipping charges for U.S. orders are based on merchandise total (excluding gift certificates):
- Orders up to $49.99: $8.95
- Orders $50.00 and above: Free shipping, except for die cutting, foiling, embossing machines, and 5" or 6" Simply Defined Tape, which may incur additional charges based on weight and size.
- Machines are only shipped within the U.S., U.S. Territories, or U.S. Military Bases.
International Shipping
- International orders are typically shipped via USPS Flat Rate Envelopes or boxes. Shipping costs are determined by package size and weight, starting at $34.95 for Canada and $42.25 for other countries. Flat rate boxes are available for larger orders.
- International orders ship complete; backordered items may delay shipment beyond 30 days.
- Shipping rates may be adjusted to reflect actual costs, and refunds will be issued if applicable. If shipping charges are insufficient, we will contact you for additional payment or offer the option to cancel your order.
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or VAT. Declared value will match the merchandise value.
Shipping Timeframes
- During major sales events, shipping times may be significantly extended. Orders placed during these sales cannot be changed or canceled.
- For non-sale orders, our goal is to ship within 14 to 30 days.
- All shipments include delivery confirmation. Once shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier, but we will assist with any issues regarding lost or damaged packages.
Returns Policy
- Non-sale orders: New, unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping is covered if the return is due to an error we caused. Refunds are typically processed within 1 week of the item being returned.
- Sale orders: All sales are final and not eligible for return.
- If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Completed Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
